Q: The price of colored lenses is per pair or piece/ one lens? 

Previously our price is quoted at per piece. From Dec 2013, we upgraded our store and now the lenses are priced in per PAIR.



Q: Can i buy only one piece/ one lens? 

Yes, please write to [email protected] for more information.



Q: How safe are your products? 

All our items are imported from the original countries. For colored contacts/ circle lenses, they are all certified by the Korea local authorities and international authorities. See How safe it is to Wear Circle Lenses for more information. 



Q: Is circle lenses/ colored contacts safe to wear?

If this is your 1st time wearing circle lenses/ colored contacts, please refer Things to Know When Wearing Circle Lens.



Q: What if i received a defective product?

Q: What is Billing Details?

It's the address that this order shall be billed to. It should be the same with the address you registered in PayPal (if you are using PayPal)





Payment FAQ

Q: What payment options do you offer ? 

1. Credit Card/ Debit Card via PayPal

We accept credit card/ debit card via PayPal. When you make the payment you'll redirected to the PayPal Payment Page which is SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypted.


To check the security of your connection, look at the URL address bar of your browser window when you begin to make payment. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https".


We are PayPal Verified Member and we make sure every transaction you make at www.uniqso.com 100% safe. This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our store.


Currently, you can checkout as guest via PayPal (no registration with PayPal is required) or checkout as guest from our website (no registration with us is required). Join us as member's to enjoy the special priviledges!


2. Credit Card/ Debit Card via MOLpay

In December 2015, we have included MOLpay as one of our payment method. If you do not have Paypal account, you can checkout with this payment method via credit/debit card. It's as secured as PayPal.


3. Western Union/ Money Gram

We accept for order above $50.



Q: Is it secure to shop at your store?

Our website is Secured (certified by Thawte), you can see https when you login. And our system won't capture your credit/debit card detail (when you make payment, it will prompt out paypal website instead of asking you to key in our website).



Q: Do i need a PayPal account to make payment?

No. You can check out as guest in paypal and pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) - all without having a PayPal account.



Q: What charge will appear on my credit card billing statement?

All PayPal transaction originating from us will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *UNIQSO"


All MOLpay transaction originating from us will appear on your bill as "GIP MOLPAY" 



Q: Do you accept concealed cash or money order?

Sorry, this is not secure and we do not accept concealed cash payment and money order.

Our default currency is US dollar (USD), and we accept other currencies such as

Q: Why my payment is unsuccessful? What should i do?

Q: I did not receive the order confirmation.

It could be due to the following reasons:



Q: I received the order confirmation but it contains fonts that i do not understand.

It means the payment for the order was not successful. see "Unsuccessful Payment" under Payment FAQ



Q: The amount charged was not the same in my order.

It shall be due to you did not check out with "Normal/Sales Promotion Checkout". Please email to [email protected] to arrange for refund.



Q: I placed the order, what's next?

After you placed order with us successfully, you will receive emails from us stating the current status of your order. They are > Processing > Shipped, Pending Tracking Number / Shipped.
